Shipping & Returns



Growclub ships to all destinations within Australia. You will be sent a confirmation email with your tracking number so that you can track your items. Please be aware, delivery times may vary in peak times. All domestic orders are dispatched daily if placed before 11am (AEST). This excludes public holidays and weekends. If you place your order on either of these specified times, your order will be dispatched the next business day.  

Growclub uses Sendle as it's shipping carrier. Regular post is a flat rate of $10. Same-city deliveries arrive overnight and deliveries to nearby cities within 2-3 days. Though very speedy, Sendle does not currently offer an express or guaranteed overnight delivery service.

Please note: All small satchels will be sent with 'Authority to Leave' from our carrier. If you wish to sign for your parcel, please make sure you advise us in the 'notes' section when checking out.


For all international customers, your order will be sent via Sendle International. Your shipping rate will be calculated at checkout. For international delivery, please refer to the delivery zones below.

Delivery zones / time frame

Zone 1 - New Zealand (10-16 working days)

Zone 2 - North America, Western Europe, Asia, and the Pacific (10-28 working days)

Zone 3 - Rest of the world (14-30 working days)

Please note that duties and taxes can incur on some orders and are applied by the countries customs - these possible customs duties, foreign fees are the customers responsibility.



Growclub does not offer refunds for change of mind. If you do have a change of mind we must be notified within 14 days of purchasing the item. We will gladly accept your return in exchange for a credit note provided you paid full price, the item is unused, unwashed and with tags still attached. 

Growclub does not cover shipping costs for change of mind items.


Growclub provides a sizing table for each product page. The sizing table informs you of the sizing of the garment itself. Please ensure you read this before you make your purchase as an exchange of size will result in the customer paying for shipping costs on returned items.

We will need you to return the items, unused, unwashed and with tags still attached to the address below;

Upon receipt of the goods, we will then provide you a store credit so you can shop for your new items.

In the event that we do not have your size in stock, the store credit will remain valid for a purchase at a later date.


We encourage you to check over all items upon arrival as we need to know of any faults or sizing issues within 7 days of receiving. If an item arrives in a faulty condition, we kindly ask for you to notify us via the contact form on our website. Your products will be inspected and we will offer either a refund, or replacement. Please note, we will provide a refund for a faulty item as long as the item is unused, unwashed and with tags still attached. 


Sale items are final and we will not accept any returns, exchanges or credit notes for these items. We ask you to please choose wisely before making your purchase. 

If you purchase during a promo-code sale, where items are discounted when entering a discount code during a flash sale or sale period, we will accept exchanges for a size exchange only (please note you will be invoiced for the extra shipping charge) provided we are notified within 7 days of purchase and we have the size available.
