Shipping & Returns
DOMESTIC - STANDARD POST
Growclub ships to all destinations within Australia. You will be sent a confirmation email with your tracking number so that you can track your items. Please be aware, delivery times may vary in peak times. All domestic orders are dispatched within two (2) business days. This excludes public holidays and weekends.
Growclub uses Australia Post as it's shipping carrier for Standard Post. Same-city deliveries arrive overnight and deliveries to nearby cities within 2-3 days. Though very speedy, Australia Post does not currently offer guaranteed overnight delivery for it's Standard Post service.
Please note: All small satchels will be sent with 'Authority to Leave' from our carrier. If you wish to sign for your parcel, please make sure you advise us in the 'notes' section when checking out.
DOMESTIC - EXPRESS POST
Growclub ships Express Post to all destinations within Australia. Growclub uses Australia Post as it's shipping carrier for Express Post. All Express Services with Australia Post have a next day delivery timeframe.
INTERNATIONAL
For all international customers, your order will be sent via Australia Post International. Your shipping rate will be calculated at checkout. For international delivery, please refer to the delivery zones below.
Please note: All satchels will be sent with 'Signature On Delivery' from our carrier. If you wish to change these delivery instructions, please do so through your tracking link provided by the shipping carrier.
Delivery zones / time frame
Zone 1 - New Zealand (10-16 working days)
Zone 2 - North America, Western Europe, Asia, and the Pacific (10-28 working days)
Zone 3 - Rest of the world (14-30 working days)
Please note that duties and taxes can incur on some orders and are applied by the countries customs at checkout. These fees are paid by you, the customer at checkout.
RETURNS
EXCHANGES/REFUNDS
Growclub offers exchanges/refunds within 14 days of receiving your product/s. We offer Self Serve Returns through your Customer Log In Portal on our website.
Please log in to your customer account on our website to process your return/exchange request. If you wish to exchange a product, please write this in the notes section provided, and we can hold the items you wish to exchange while we are awaiting your return.
Return shipping is at the customer's expense. If exchanging, the initial return shipping will be at the customer's expense however, we will cover the cost to send the new items to you.

CHANGE OF MIND
Growclub does not offer refunds for change of mind. If you do have a change of mind we must be notified within 14 days of purchasing the item. We will gladly accept your return in exchange for a credit note provided you paid full price, the item is unused, unwashed and with tags still attached.
Growclub does not cover shipping costs for change of mind items.
FAULTY ITEMS
We encourage you to check over all items upon arrival as we need to know of any faults or sizing issues within 14 days of receiving. If an item arrives in a faulty condition, we kindly ask for you to notify us via the contact form on our website. Your products will be inspected and we will offer either a refund, or replacement. Please note, we will provide a refund for a faulty item as long as the item is unused, unwashed and with tags still attached.
SALE ITEMS
Sale items are final and we will not accept any returns, exchanges or credit notes for these items. We ask you to please choose wisely before making your purchase.
If you purchase during a promo-code sale, where items are discounted when entering a discount code during a flash sale or sale period, we will accept exchanges for a size exchange only (please note you will be invoiced for the extra shipping charge) provided we are notified within 14 days of purchase and we have the size available.
